A China registrou uma recuperação contínua no comércio exterior em meio a medidas governamentais para apoiar as empresas do setor, mostraram os dados oficiais emitidos nesta segunda-feira (7).
O volume total do comércio exterior aumentou 6% anualmente em agosto para 2,88 trilhões de yuans (US$ 421,14 bilhões), de acordo com a Administração Geral das Alfândegas (AGA).
Em termos de yuan, as exportações cresceram 11,6% e as importações diminuíram 0,5% no mês passado, segundo os dados da AGA.
Nos primeiros oito meses deste ano, o comércio exterior de bens caiu 0,6% anualmente para 20,05 trilhões de yuans, diminuindo 1,1 ponto percentual em comparação com a queda nos primeiros sete meses.
Durante o período janeiro-agosto, a Associação das Nações do Sudeste Asiático permaneceu como o maior parceiro comercial da China, com o comércio subindo 7% ano a ano, para 2,93 trilhões de yuans, representando 14,6% do comércio exterior total da China.
O comércio com os Estados Unidos diminuiu 0,4% no período, com as importações vindas do país aumentando 0,2%, mostraram os dados da Administração.
O setor privado desempenhou um papel maior no crescimento do comércio nos primeiros oito meses, com o comércio de empresas privadas crescendo 8,5% para 9,21 trilhões de yuans e respondendo por 45,9% do total, um aumento de 3,9 pontos percentuais em relação ao mesmo período do ano passado.
O comércio geral subiu 0,5% ano a ano, para 12,09 trilhões de yuans durante o período de oito meses, respondendo por 60,3% do total, 0,7 ponto percentual a mais que no ano anterior.
As exportações de produtos têxteis, incluindo máscaras, aumentaram 37,8%.
A China implementou uma série de políticas, incluindo as destinadas a otimizar serviços para empresas e aumentar reduções de impostos de exportação para aliviar o impacto da COVID-19 no comércio exterior.
Dados oficiais mostraram que a China concedeu descontos ou isenções de impostos à exportação no valor de 812,8 bilhões de yuans no primeiro semestre do ano para aliviar a pressão financeira sobre as empresas.
O país também tem enfatizado a inovação no setor, encorajando o uso de plataformas de e-commerce transfronteiriças e outras ferramentas digitais para impulsionar o comércio.
Em uma entrevista à Xinhua em agosto, o chefe da AGA, Ni Yuefeng, disse que o país promoverá reformas na regulamentação do comércio eletrônico internacional para ajudar as empresas a entrarem melhor no mercado global.
A AGA também simplificará ainda mais os procedimentos de liberação e cortará custos de logística para melhorar o ambiente de negócios nos portos, segundo Ni.
