As importações de soja pela União Europeia na temporada 2020/21 totalizaram 1 milhão de toneladas até 26 de julho, queda de 17% em relação a igual período do ano anterior, mostraram dados divulgados pelo bloco nesta segunda-feira.
As aquisições de farelo de soja em 2020/21 chegaram a 1,17 milhão de toneladas, recuo de 31%, enquanto as compras de óleo de palma somaram 285 mil toneladas, baixa de 25%.
A Comissão Europeia continua incluindo o Reino Unido em seus dados de 2020/21 sobre importação e exportação de grãos, mesmo com a saída britânica do bloco ao final de janeiro.
As cifras informadas pela Comissão, que têm como base dados alfandegários fornecidos pelos países membros, podem ser revisadas nas semanas seguintes.
