PRODUCTION INSPECTION

The Production Inspection was developed, to meet the specific production needs, ensuring that the final product will really attend every technical requirement signed between the customer and the supplier, taking pictures and filming all the productive process stages, just as well the final product.

The finished and pre finished products will be inspected by sample criterion, having the audit started after 15% of the buying order is already produced, and it will follow-up the process, at least, 5 hours of productive process, using the remaining time on the finished pieces verification streamlining possible upcoming items correction, minimizing financial and logistics losses.

1- Technical specifications established between customer and supplier;
2- Productive status;
3- Production line and labor;
4- Packages and packaging means.
