The Customs Clearance has as its own purpose to verify the declared data accuracy by the exporter or importer in relation to the exported or imported good, to the presented documents and to the current legislation, in order to the clearance. Due to the clearance is authorized the good’s way out of the country, in case of exportation, or the good’s delivery to the importer, in case of importation.

In general rule, the customs clearance is prosecuted on the Integrated Foreign Commerce System – “Siscomex”.
